    Which plan is right for me?
    • The Starter Plan is a good choice for individual authors and publishing professionals.
    • The Professional Plan is designed for small publishers.
    • The Advanced Plan is built for medium publishers with a larger workgroup and higher volume of titles.
    • The Enterprise Plan is a customized plan with additional support to meet the needs of larger enterprises.
      • Can I change my plan at any time?

      Yes, you can.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    For subscription plans we only accept payments online and accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express—we do not accept PayPal. We can only accept a P.O. and invoice you for Enterprise plans.

    What if I cancel my account?

    If you cancel a subscription plan, you’ll be billed for the current billing period, we don’t prorate for partial billing periods, but you won’t be billed again.

    What web browsers work with Vook?

    Chrome 14 and higher and Safari 5.1 and higher. We are working on Firefox support, but have no plans to support Internet Explorer at this time due to Internet Explorer's font support.
