Fred Hahn
Fred Hahn has been a professional exercise instructor for over 20 years and is certified by the American Council on Exercise. In 1998 he opened Serious Strength, Inc., a personal training studio in NYC. He has lectured extensively on exercise at various venues including Princeton University, the Hospital for Joint Diseases, and Mt. Sinai Hospital. He is the author of Strong Kids, Healthy Kids, and co-author, along with NY Times best-selling authors Mike and Mary Dan Eades, M.D., of The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution. Fred has appeared on The Today Show, CNN’s The Biz, WABC Morning Show, NBC Live at Five, Fox Five News, ABC Eyewitness News, The 700 Club, and more. He has been interviewed by the New York Times and the Washington Post and appears on radio shows around the country, including National Public Radio and WFAN in New York City. Fred is a board member of the Nutrition and Metabolism Society.
