In this role you'll work closely with the Vook product team to:

• Create an elegant, integrated interface that merges video and text.
• Think cross-platform and create a intuitive user experience.
• Help us engineer a scalable back end that can be deployed to launch hundreds of Vooks.
  

Technology requirements for this role:

• Back end development - A proven ability to develop for the following interactive platforms (both in browser and on desktop).
  - Adobe Flash/Flex/AIR (AS3)
  
• Front end development - Knowledge of all primary forms of web-based development.
  - HTML, CSS, Javascript
  - XML
• Ability to come up with alternatives to technical challenges presented in development.
• Ability to move development quickly through all stages of project.
• Robust understanding of the following development standards:
  - UI layout
  - SEO
  - Security
  

Salary commensurate with experience and includes health benefits and all the good stuff.
