- In order to play on devices, video must have the following specifications:

- MP4 file extension.
- H.264 compression.
- Frame size of:
- 640 x 360 pixels or 480 x 270 pixels for a 16:9 aspect ratio.
- 640 x 480 pixels or 480 x 360 pixels for a 4:3 aspect ratio.
- Audio encoded at 256-320 kbps in AAC.
- One black frame at the beginning and end.
- File size less than 70 MB.
- Every video must have a poster image.
- Poster images must be:
- The same dimensions as your videos.
- PNG files.
- Poster images do not show up in the Content editor. To see your poster images, create an eBook Preview.
- Pair poster images with videos and add captions in the File manager:
