Meet our client dashboard!

by Simon Collinson on

Just a few weeks ago, we proudly announced the arrival of our new client dashboard. Today, we’d like to tell you a little more about its new features and the benefits they can provide.

A central location for communication, assets, and tracking

We’ve combined everything you need in one location, saving you time and hassle. Get a great overview of your ebook catalogue, all on one page—and experience the fastest ebook production pipeline around.

  • Scheduling is simple: If you have hard deadlines, they're no problem for us to meet. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll get right on it.
  • Effortless production tracking: You can track our progress with your files right in the dashboard, allowing you to plan your release and marketing accordingly.
  • Experience faster turnaround times: Your comments and assets are sent directly to the production team, who keep an eye on the page 24/7. No complicated back and forth or lengthy email chains!

A direct link to our servers

The dashboard is directly linked to our servers, giving you one-click access to the latest metrics and automatic file backup.

  • Everything in one place: It’s easy to upload your manuscripts, media, and other assets—and once they’re in the dashboard, you still have access to your assets.
  • Automatic backup: Your assets are all backed up on our server, so there’s no risk of ever losing your files.
  • Metrics available 24/7: If you’re distributing through us, you can easily track your sales, with daily updates.
  • Easy access to previews: The dashboard makes previewing your titles simple! Once your books reach client review stage, you can check to make sure they look just right and specify necessary revisions, all in the same place.

Tips and tricks

As well as these core functions, the dashboard has a few cool features not every user knows about.

Create a new Note to store any kind of information. Just go to the title, click “Assets,” then “Add an Asset(s)” and select “Note.” The Note creates a Google Doc for rich text editing capabilities—a great way to share revision requests and other miscellaneous comments with the production team.

Upload multiple files at once. All you need to do is click “Add an Asset(s),” then Shift-click to select all the files you want, as shown below:

This can save a lot of time when you’re working with multiple chapters or large numbers of media files.
